Return Policy

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods if you are not completely satisfied.

  • Email: sales@trophylink.com.au. Include photos of any issues or damage to help us resolve the problem.

  • Returns are accepted for major failures, defects, or if goods are not of acceptable quality under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Change-of-mind returns may be considered depending on the stage of production, at our discretion

  • Exclusions: Goods that have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, or altered cannot be returned.

  • All returned items must be in their original condition.

  • Postage & insurance costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend registered post and pre-paid shipping.

  • Buyer assumes risk of lost or damaged parcels during transit if not insured.

Refund Policy

  • You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures or defective goods.

  • You may be eligible for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

  • For change-of-mind returns, a refund or exchange may be offered depending on order stage, at our discretion.
