Medal pricing includes ribbonAfter ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.
We will normally confirm receipt of your order within 24 hours, unless your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, and then we will confirm at the next business day.
We attempt to complete and send all orders via Australia Post or courier within 7 working days. If an item is out of stock or your order is likely to be delayed, we will get in contact with you as soon as we can.
