Trophylink respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This document describes the Trophylink Consumer Data Privacy Policy, that is, how we protect your privacy and treat your data when you submit personal information to us. The technical aspects of privacy protection, such as encryption and data transfer security, are described in the Transaction Security Capabilities and Policies section below.

The Trophylink online payment form consists of a number of fields that you are asked to fill in. Some of them are compulsory, others optional.

  • The fields are:
    • Your name (*)
    • Email address  (*)
    • Telephone number (*)
    • Company Name (*)
    • Invoice Number(*)

All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required in order to process your order and ensure we can contact you if required. Trophylink stores the information on our website database for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction.

If you want to pay with a credit card, you have to give the following information:

The credit card information is sent directly to our payment provider (eWAY) who processes your order. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by Trophylink, we only store the response from the bank alerting us if the transaction was successful. The transaction has a very high level of security as described in the Transaction Security Capabilities and Policies section below.

Transaction Security Capabilities And Policies

Trophylink uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

    • Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
    • Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Trophylink or any outside party.
    • All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
    • All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
    • eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
    • eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Trophylink.
